Thomas (Tom) Edward Radcliff passed away peacefully on April 25, 2021, surrounded by family and friends, after a year-long battle with ALS. Tom was born and raised in Saint Louis, attended Parkway North High School, and later went on to pursue a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from Mizzou.
He was a man of many talents, working across industries from radio to home development, sales, and ultimately running his own software business. In his free time, he enjoyed painting, playing, and watching hockey (Go Blues!), doing home improvement projects, listening to Casey Kasem’s top 40, and spending time with family.
After his diagnosis last May, Tom pursued every avenue to find a cure for ALS in hopes of helping others, a true testament to his character. Tom fought hard, smiling, laughing, and telling jokes until the end, but he knew this wasn’t his final home. He looked forward to resting in the arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, being reunited with his father, Jack Dean Radcliff, and being with friends who have gone before him.
Tom achieved so much in his shortened life, but more than anything he will be remembered for his outsized kindness and his wit. His wit was clever and intelligent and his impressions gave Rich Little a run for his money.
He is survived by his wife (Erin), his mother (Nell), his three children (Maddie, Hillary, and Will), his brothers and sister, three step-children, and grandchildren.
